I heard about this on the radio this morning and it's a great idea. Here
is a Good for Glenn story.
Our then 18 and 16 year old son's thought my husband and I were over the
top during the 2008 election. We were so obsessed with the future and
conservatism and they thought we "just didn't care about anything other
than the conservative issues".
Well, two years later these now 18 and 20 year old men are sharing our
views, have their own conservative opinions and the oldest hasn't been
influenced by the liberals on college campus.
And we didn't do anything in particular to persuade them. We just
continued to read and listen to our resources, expanded our resources and
moderately discuss current events. Their new opinions are a result of
them maturing and learning on their own. The fact that they were raised
by two committed traditional parents in a Christian home may have helped.
