New Year's Resolution...BELIEVE

A New Year's Resolution would be to enjoy God's creation's and know and believe in him.

New Year's Resolution? To walk in love...

I thank God in what he is doing in others and myself. I desire to walk in love with my actions not just with words and continue to be available to my fragile aging Mom and quickened to be a blessing in all manners and circumstances. Never Alone. Gail

My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever....the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out, spoke Jesus.  The gospel of John 6:37

This is my New Year's Resolution

I have resolved to: get closer to God, and actually believe what HE says. (Amazing miracles might happen, if we just believed Him.)
                                get out of debt
                                be a better neighbor
                                lose weight

If I have extra time after all of that I want to read more and study history more.  I am ashamed of what I don't know when History channel asks trivia questions during the shows.

My Resolution

One of my goals for this year are to lose 40 lbs by my 40th birthday!

But more than anything else, my goal and focus this New Year will be to commit myself to fully developing my character. I just finished a book called Excellence in Character by Robb Thompson. It is an incredible book that I would recommend to everyone. He explains what God's expectations are of us when it relates to our character.

Other goals include paying off debt as quickly as possible, regularly attending School Board meetings in my district, and spending some time in the state capitol learning more about the legislative process in Iowa

Empowerment, Enlightenment, Education-My New Year's Resolution

My Resolutions this year....2011
Some things I've already been working on in 2010 (although not part of past resolutions - except for the Body part).

Body - Empowerment
1. Wake up early.
2. Exercise at least 3 times a week (already mostly regular) and try for 5.
3. Eat better.  8 glasses water - at least 5 fruits and/or veggies a day.

Soul - Enlightenment
4. Continue praying on knees, at least once a day.
5. Continue praying for my country once a day.
6. Continue to do acts of charity for family, community, others - through donations or assistance.
7. Be a more patient, understanding, and accountable wife, mother, sister, friend, citizen etc.

Mind - Education
7.  Continue food storage, ready my house, get rid of debt = peace of mind.
8.  Continue to educate myself -  through newspaper, talk radio, Fox News, The Blaze, GB's show, GB's book list, 9.12 group, AsAMom group, & Freedomworks group etc.
9.  Continue to try and educate others.
10. Continue to engage in My government.

And hoping the culmination of all these resolutions can help me with whatever Entrepreneurialism I'm meant for... if nothing else I believe it will help me to help my Entrepreneurial husband ;) and hopefully make a difference in this country for our childrens' future. :)

Sincerely,

Jenna

PS.  Yeah not short and simple - but I feel I have a lot of ground to cover.  And No Sense leaving anything off the list.

My New Year's Resolution

Happy New Year !
To
Glenn, Tania & Family

First let me wish you an amazing, miraculous
year where all of your wishes, dreams and prayers
come true.
Glenn, you are the backbone of America
right now, bringing us back to where we
want to be. Our America, where it is
normal to pray in public, where it is  normal,
to wish everyone, "Merry Christmas!"
where the "Ten Commandments" should
be on every court house lawn. It is after all
where our laws came from in the first place.
Where all our children learn of our founding
fathers in the right way, not the way they
have been taught by progressives. Washington,
was a Godly, Christian man. Each American
needs to know that.  I am finishing the very
long read, "Sacred Fire!" and will recommend
this book to everyone I see. It is phenomenal and
made me so sad to learn that our First President
was still being attacked by people in his own country.
I gave it as a Christmas gift this year.

In 2011  I resolve to be vigilant when it comes
to watching what this administration and the new
Congress is doing on our behalf ,or not.

resolve to speak out when I see something
I think is wrong or hurtful to our nation or
to my community. I will contact my Senators
and Representatives and tell them what I
think on topics often.... I live in Louisiana
and Senator Landrieu has totally ignored
her constituents, and votes with Obama on
all of his agenda , then she tries to make  points
with the people of Louisiana by claiming to  fight
for things we desperately need. Like getting the moratorium
lifted on oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico . She
will ruin our nation, and make the state believe
she is being helpful.  How ridiculous!

resolve to be a better American. To Vote in
all elections, to pray to my God for our nation,
to love even my enemies, which is difficult at this
time.  That will be a hard one.
Oh , yes , and I resolve to lose some weight,
I may do that automatically if prices go up
as much as you predicted.  haha

I  belong to the Insider Extreme and love
sharing with Jeffy each  morning, as I watch
your radio show. Glenn, I must tell you,
I do not know where this country would be
if you had not stepped up and brought the
truth to so many of us. Believe me,
there are more people awake than you realize.

My family and I lived in New Orleans
and evacuated for Katrina, but lost everything.
Our biggest loss however, was the death of
my husband 2 weeks before the storm hit.
Arnold, was a retired firefighter and
died of lung cancer.......
We went through many losses at that time.
Family, friends, 3 homes, all our belongings,
our pets, community and our churches. I was
in Arizona and Georgia for 3 years....

God was so close to me through this time,
that I could reach out and touch Him.
He inspired me to write a book, my first,
and so far, my only book. It is entitled,
"Waiting... for Hope"
A Survivor's Story of Hurricane Katrina

I self-published it because I could not find
a publisher interested in my Christian
outlook on what had happened. And God
led me to 3 churches in the cities I was living,
not my denomination, who embraced me,
my story, and my book.  I have not made
a bundle on it, as you do with your books,
however.  haha  I did give three talks and
book signings in the churches. That was
so unusual for me, but God gave me the
words and as I spoke I could see the
mouths of people open in wonder.... Ha

If you run out of books to read, (haha)
go to authorhouse.com and order one of
mine.  Please excuse the mistakes, and
enjoy the story if you decide to buy it.
It is all true.........

I guess I also resolve to finish the second book
I started two years ago. Haha

God bless you and your family,
also all the crew at work, they
are some great guys.

Happy New Year!
Love and Blessings,
 Ms. Ginger
